Next day Delivery problem
For some reason, as of this morning (Friday12/22/23) ALL my normal orders have come in as "Next day shipping", but none of the orders were paid for with the extra funds to cover that, just standard payment, which in turn would have had me spend 30.00 to deliver 12$ items. My configurations have been fine forever, but all of a sudden THIS morning ALL my orders were "next day" orders with no extra funds to support them. My template shows the proper settings, but there were NO Next day payment service made on all these orders. Anyone else have that issue? It tried to have Amazon call me for an explanation, but they aren't accepting phone calls today conveniently.

I know they adjusted handling times for sellers to 1 day right around Thanksgiving but have not heard of any cases requiring next-day shipping. Have you opened a case?

Shipped those product but got ODR late shipment.
