Negative Feedback Despite Refund & Delivery – ODR Impact Unfair?

Hello fellow sellers,

I need your input and possibly support on a recent situation affecting my Order Defect Rate (ODR).

Order ID: 702-0683281-4015423

Case ID: 18032731271

Date: July 2, 2025

Issue: Buyer claimed "Did not receive"

I shipped the product, and it was delivered successfully to the customer. However, the buyer later claimed they didn't receive it. Despite this, I refunded the full amount immediately to maintain customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, the buyer still left a 1-star feedback, which is now impacting my ODR.

I understand Amazon’s focus on customer experience, but in this case:

The product was delivered.

A full refund was issued without dispute.

The customer still left a negative review, which now affects my account health.

Is there any way to have this feedback removed or excluded from ODR calculation, given the resolution?

I’ve already contacted support via Case ID above, but the outcome was not in my favor.

Has anyone experienced similar cases or successfully appealed such unfair ODR impact?
