Our Return Rate is significantly increasing! Frequently Returned Item Badge on our Listings - what is going on ?
Hi all, I am not sure if anyone had the same or related experience, you see we have an increasing return rate on our products for months now.
We sell product with sizing variations.
Our return rate for this product has significantly gone high over the past months, and we are trying to figure out what is going on.
Our customers' rating for this product is 4.6 which is considered good and indicate that we provide good quality products to our customers.
In our further investigation, the top return reasons are:
"Apparel too large"
"Unwanted Item"
"Apparel too small"
For these scenarios, we cannot control the customer's decision in choosing the correct sizing. It depends on them.
Our listings provided enough information in sizing and how to measure and get the correct size of the product.
We just wanted to figure what we did wrong. Since this is FBA, the only thing I can do is to request for a Bin Check.
Can anyone give us advise on how we can resolve this issue? This is too alarming and will impact our Business.

Hello @Seller_C1wQ6AOGz2P0Y, clothing has a higher likelihood of being returned. You can request a bin check or removal order to inspect your inventory. You could also edit your listing to make the size guide more accessible.
