Ship From Address Save Button Greyed Out
Hi, I am new to Amazon FBA and am having the same issue as others in this forum. When I try to send my inventory, I need to add a "ship from" address. I have entered all the details of my address and phone number (although I sometimes also can't get the phone number field to verify the input data), the "Save and Close" button is still greyed out, so I cannot proceed with creating my FBA shipment. I have also verified that it matches my business address. I have opened a few cases for this and they have all been closed - the steps for clearing cache and different browsers (Brave, Edge, Firefox) are not working for me. Can anybody help with this?

Is your ship from address a street address in the continental US?

you just have to go back & forth with seller support. Also delete your history etc & try from a new computer. it took 3 days for the system to allow me to add my address.
