No return after receiving an A-to-Z claim refund : Fraud
Dear Amazon Team.
I'm leaving this message here as I have no other place to request a resolution.
I am requesting a resolution for two A-to-Z claim fraud cases.
The first is Order ID: 701-7368505-1780200.
The second is Order ID: 702-6470145-2229066.
Both cases involve the same fraudulent tactic.
The buyer places an order, uses the product for an extended period, and then unfairly exploits the A-to-Z claim to receive a refund without returning the product to the seller. As a result, I am left at a loss, effectively paying twice the product price.
While I could overlook this situation out of pity for these thieves, I cannot let this go as other sellers may suffer the same losses. I will do whatever it takes to resolve this matter.
I cannot understand why Amazon issues refunds without confirming whether the seller has received the product back.
I even received an email from Amazon stating that the buyer’s claim had been denied and that no further action was necessary from my side, yet the refund was still issued. Amazon must either compensate me for this issue or recover the funds from the buyer.
To get the item back, I’ve made several attempts to contact the buyer, but as expected, there has been no response.
I ask for a prompt investigation and resolution of these two cases.
