Locked amazon seller account
Hello ,
A friend of mine's seller account was locked. And he cannot reach seller support because he cannot log in to his account. What should he do about this issue? He sends e-mails and no one answers. He can't get support from anyone. I would be happy if a seller support who can solve this problem could comment under this topic.

In this instance, I would suggest for the account owner to contact Customer Service to troubleshoot whether there are any issues that are affecting access to the seller account.
Customer Service can be contacted by the following steps:
- Visit Amazon.com
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and click Help from the Let Us Help You section
- Click Something Else from the Customer Service page
- Click I need more Help and this will open a new window to chat to or request a call
