Multiple language (FR & EN), one Marketplace (Canada)
I need your advice, as I'm currently on my thirtieth exchange with Amazon, and they just keep passing the issue to a new support agent. We're a Canadian-based manufacturer, selling our product only in Canada. Our listings were created in English, but 50% of our customer base is French. Amazon's auto-translate feature is not working for us, and the French version of our title, description, etc., is misleading and doesn't represent our product. We've already had a bunch of returns because of this.
How can I edit only the French version without affecting the English one? We tried uploading a feed file in French, but it didn't work.
Any advice?
