Why are my Amazon FBA shipments being refused at one fulfillment center but not at others
Hello: maybe someone has some clues/solutions; I sent five shipments of books from Honolulu Hawaii via U.S. Postal Service to the Stockton CA (SCK4) fulfillment center in August 2023 and all were designated in the USPS tracking system as “Customer refused delivery because package was not wanted”. But I sent three shipments to the fulfillment centers in Nevada (LAS1 and VGT2) and all were received, checked in, processed and made available for sale writhin a few days after they were marked as “Delivered”. Note: Hawaii has no access to Amazon’s “approved” shippers like UPS and FedEx. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

There are a variety of reasons why a shipment could be refused at one of the fulfillments centers. When you have a moment, I would recommend reading through the troubleshoot receiving issues FAQ to see if this helps pinpoint why your shipment may have been refused.
