My FBM is NO featured offer eligible but my account health metrics are in good conditon

Featured Offer Eligibility: NO

While my FBA listings are performing well for most ASINs, my FBM listings are facing issues despite having good metrics. I'm not referring to winning the buy box, but simply being eligible.

I'm no expert, but your main image does not comply with Amazon's image standards. It should show just the product for sale on a pure white/transparent background.
