Refund Glitch Amazon Automatically Refunds
My account got deactivated due to 7 ip claims, which 5 of them I never listed or sold. 5 days later after deactivation another ASIN (unrelated to ip claim) which I have been selling for a year started refunding customers with no refund request. Within 6 hours, my phone did not stop buzzing from "Refund Initiated). Now after $45,000 of refunds my account is negative. I can't contact support because it's deactivated. I contacted account health told them what was going on they said someone will email me. Email stated they can't see anything because my account was deactivated. I can't get in touch with anyone. Weird thing is nothing is wrong with this product, no claims, no issues, no customer complaints. Is this a glitch? What's going on I have over a 400 score with all 5 star reviews. Someone let me know what's going on.

How is this even possible customers from 3 moths ago as well are getting automatically refunded.

Yes, if you got caught selling "counterfeit" items this can happen. If you sold an item that has been recalled this also happens. And they refund every customer to ever buy the item regardless of how long ago the sale was.
