Seller Account Deactivated Due to Dormancy - How to Reactivate?
Hello,
I received a notification regarding my performance, stating that my seller account was deactivated due to inactivity or dormancy. It requested that I upload a government-issued ID, a bank statement, and other verification documents.
The notification included a link to "Reactivate Account," but when I clicked on it, I was taken to the Business Information page, where all fields were already marked as "Verified." I attempted to re-upload the documents I had previously submitted, but the status reverted to "Verified" the following day.
Despite this, my account remains deactivated. I have opened several support cases, but none have provided a clear resolution or next steps.
I feel as though I'm caught in a loop without a definitive way to reactivate my account.
If anyone in the community — or someone from the Amazon Account Health, Verification, or Internal teams — could help escalate this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you very much.
