Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Change the browser you are using to access Seller Central
  • Disconnect from VPN

If the issue still persists after performing the above steps, try these additional steps:

  1. Open your browser and click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  2. Navigate to 'Settings' and select 'Reset Settings.'
  3. After resetting your browser, close all tabs.
  4. Log back into Seller Central and the Amazon Ads Console.
