Non-alcoholic product de-listed
Hi -- I just uploaded two new products (both non-alcoholic wine).
I have been selling another flavor of the same product for a year, no problems.
Amazon now telling me my new products are not allowed because they contain <.5% ABV, which in the US means "non-alcoholic."
There are hundreds of other massive brands selling their non-alc (<.5% ABV) drinks on Amazon.
How do I talk to an ACTUAL HUMAN who can fix this for me? I have shipments going to FBA in two days!

Hello @Seller_Z2MyZsqZ4Hwcx- thanks for looking to the forums for some guidance on this! I found this page which confirms that Amazon defines non-alcoholic products as "Non-Alcoholic beverages with 0% ABV". Can you advise if your product is at 0% ABV, or does it contain some, but under .5%?
