Unable to access my seller central page and unable to contact seller support
Just had a horrible experience. Locked out of my acc't for over 54 hours. Amazon would not send me the 6 digit security code to get in. No way to contact seller support for help. Had to go online a find a way. Finally I found a way and sent an e-mail to seller support. Got a garbled message back in poor english that said to contact seller support even tho' I said I could not. Went back and forth for two days in 8 different e-mails with the same solution. They finally said my e-mail address was wrong (it was not). I went thru the Acc't recovery process and sent another copy of my drivers license (which they already had) and nothing happened. I asked to have my issue elevated to a higher level customer support team and I got back a message asking me again to go thru the acc't recovery process. Finally this morning, I got in since they sent finally sent me the security code. Meanwhile, I had 17 books to mail out on Dec 30-31 that I could not do so since I could not get in my seller central acc't to get the mailing addresses. Now I am listed as late for all these books even tho' it was amazon's fault. I am reluctant to contact seller support again since they probably won't help me. How to I get the late delivery metric removed. I will mail all of them out Jan 2. Appreciate any help
