Verification of my Store Approved But the Account is Still Deactivated

My account had been deactivated due to identity verification. I had recently got my identity verification approved but it say my account still says deactivated. What do I do to reactivate it and be able to sell? I recently registered this selling account approximately a month ago and once I registered it and went through the whole process of the video interview, my account just got deactivated. Please someone help and assist me, I've been struggling with this issue for a whole month now and I just want to be able to start selling. I also submitted the same information through the "Reactivate Your Account" link and still no reactivation.
