I have issue with submitting utility bill. Amazon asks from me a bill with address and my name on it. My issue is - my business is registered on address of my grandparents and in my country(Armenia), I can't get the bill on my name for this address. Is there is anything I can do?

Likely not, it doesn't sound like your business is registered properly.
Is your business even registered with the Canadian government for tax reasons?
Also, how are you planning to sell on Amazon Canada from Armenia? How are you going to get brand reseller authorization in Canada from Armenia? What is it that you are planning on selling on Amazon.ca?

There are other documents that we can accept such as a business license, which you may need to research or contact your local officials. Do you currently reside at your grandparents house? Can they transfer a utility bill into your name? Do you have a mobile phone with a monthly bill, that is not prepaid?
When it comes to the verification of a store we will require a valid utility bill, or business license that matches the name and address used to register the store. These utility bills need to meet our requirements listed in ourseller identity verification help page, visible in your seller account.
