Cannot Reactivate My Seller Account
Hello, I am trying to reactivate my seller account after not using it for a long period of time. I appear to be stuck in the same loop...
On the home page of my account I see this message "Your account has been deactivated. Please click "Reactivate Your Account" below to resume selling"
That takes me to the Account health screen with a button that says "Reactivate my Account"


This leads me to a page that says
You must successfully address all issues below to qualify for account reactivation.
Violations: 0
July 5, 2024 - January 1, 2025
Target: 0 Issues
There are no issues and no buttons or forms to interact with on this page?

Update the payment details, and business details, and you will be good to go. Banking information should match to the account owner's details.

Can an Amazon mod please chime into this matter. We really need assistance in getting this online again. Please escalate and expedite this as much as you can, all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
