Reporting a Product Review

Hi everyone,

I am writing to report a review that violates Amazon's Community Guidelines. The reviewer clearly states that they did not buy the product and asking people who bought it to report the product because 'they have every such product and have not seen such a product before' and rated it 3 stars. I don't know who helped them sign up for amazon but if they'd have known how to google stuff, they must've had realized the world is far bigger and more advanced than they think. Or it was just from a competitor most probably. I reported it as abuse but it did not get removed and destroyed the whole product launch and my dream to sell on amazon. I started my brand with one product and I was getting very good sales in the start with 0 reviews and that person ruined everything, the sales dropped to 0 with the same ad cost as before. Now the listing's useless in the algorithm's view, won't pick pace no matter what you do. 300 clicks with 1 or 2 sales. All i am left with is hundreds of units worth thousands of dollars just laying in stock, with no use and overwhelming monthly business expenses. And after this, many people gave 5 stars aswell but the algorithm somehow did not even consider them and now the product has 9 reviews and ratings out of which 7 reviews and ratings are 5 stars, 1 rating is 4 stars, 1 review is 3 stars and 1 rating is 1 star and the listing shows a total of 3.5 stars for the product. And i strongly believe that the 1 star rating is also from a competitor as our product is handmade, there's literally no possibility that we don't notice faults, they might get 3 or 4 stars but never a 1 star. The listing is now just organically sitting there for months without any ads and an extremely low BSR. I came across this post from amazon that said we can contest such reviews in the forum even if they don't get removed after reporting. Thank you for your time :)
