Self-Attestation and Account Deactivation
Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out to see if anyone has encountered a similar situation and to ask for help in escalating this issue.
I recently sent inventory to Amazon FBA, which has been checked in, but it is now marked as stranded. Upon further investigation, I discovered a performance notification stating that my seller account was deactivated due to inactivity, and that I was required to upload a government-issued ID, bank statement, and other verification documents.
The notification included a “Reactivate Account” link, but clicking it only redirected me to the Business Information page, where all fields already showed as “Verified.” I attempted to re-upload documents via the Edit Info option, but the only available uploads were for Business Registration Certificate and Self-Attested Declaration. I submitted these again, and the status turned back to “Verified” the following day.
To summarize, I have already submitted the following:
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Articles of Incorporation
• Corporation Profile
• CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) Tax Registration
• Bank Statements with my business name
• Personal identification documents
My business is a federally registered Canadian corporation, solely owned by myself.
Despite this, my account remains deactivated, and my FBA inventory is still stranded. I’ve opened several support cases, but none have provided a clear resolution or next steps.
This issue is severely affecting my business operations, and I feel stuck in a loop without a clear path to reactivation.
If anyone in the community — or someone from the Amazon Account Health, Verification, or Internal teams — can help escalate this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello there @Seller_VcMG80diHX5Na
My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I may be of assistance here. I apologize for the frustration this has caused you to this point, but would love to gather some more information to see if I can find out some details for you here.
Would you mind sharing the most recent case #'s you've opened with Seller Support below? I'd be happy to take a further look there and review any communication provided to this point.
I'll hang here for your response.

Hello, I am reaching out as well regarding self-Attestation and Account Deactivation, it is exactly the same issue as Royal_City_Trader. I own a sole propriatorship, I have a CRA number, all Ts and Dots have been crossed legally, and I provided all relevant documentation. This is my 4th submission heading into 3 weeks, and I have opened over 10 cases, made over 10 calls, and I am stuck in the loop bearing no results but impacting my young business negatively. What is worse, is I am very new in the Amazon ecosystem, I worked so hard, and made my first 3 sales end of May, then my whole world turned upside down. Last week, I tracked down my Amazon Account Manager, and sent him an email explaining my dire situation and appealed to him to assist in putting this issue to bed. I have not heard from him, what kind of service is this? I have been doing reverification for 2 weeks now, and the Reactivate Account can't go away, even after my Business Information page shows, all fields as “Verified and I received an email stating the same fact.
I am appealing to anyone from Amazon Account Health or anybody who can kindly assist me, the same appeal I made to my designated Amazon Account Manager to assist and escalate the issue, as I do not know what else to do. Not receiving any assistance from my Amazon Account Manager is mind boggling and discouraging.
Thank you for your support and for your assistance.
