Deactivated and won't accept information
We have our account deactivated due to our listing have "pharmaceutical ingredients" in it which it doesn't even have.
We submitted images directly of our ingredient label in both english and french but told:
"attaching images are won't consider so, Kindly upload the product label images along with the ingredient list in English and French for further review"
This is a literal copy and paste line from Amazon. First off the english isn't even correct. As well why are images not being considered and then told to submit images again? We submitted it text but it wasn't accepted as well. Provided ingredient list from the vendor website and that still wasn't accepted.
We are providing everything we can but we aren't receiving any proper help on this.

Product label images need to be uploaded to the listing, not the case.

but they said:
attaching images won't be considered if uploaded to the case, only the listing.
The product label images need to stay on the listing so that Amazons robots can OCR the image.

As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7, when it comes to these types of policies we will require that the listing detail page is currently reflected the requested images, have these listings been updated? When you approach this holistically, it is not only recommended to update your product images including a clear is legible images of all six sides of your product including your label which consist of top, bottom, left, right, front, back sides. As noted all information on the product or packaging should be fully legible and not blurry to confirm compliance. Once the listings are updated, it is commonly recommended to additionally provide these images on the case as additional confirmation, but is not always required or requested. Once we have a bit more information I can look further into the information provided, listings.
