FBA return - order not received

Hi

an item of mine that is FBA was refunded to customer as customer stated "order not received" the money was refunded out of my account however how is an FBA delivery my responsibility? I also ship FBM and I have ways to track my orders but I have no idea how amazon tracks their orders and if amazon lost the order how is this on me?

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. I see that you created case 13241980441 for this issue and Seller Support has done an initial review.

Please allow at least 60 days from the customer return request date for the item to be returned to your inventory or reimbursed if eligible based on the reimbursement policy.

After 60 days, please reach back out to Seller Support if no reimbursement has occurred and they will complete an investigation to determine next steps.

I am also providing this resource that has more information on FBA returns in case this helps in the future as well.

Please let me know if there are any other questions.
