I tried applying for the Amazon Brand Registry twice and got rejected both times. In the first application, our trademark name was our full business name and got rejected due to the brand name and mark not matching. We have one product that has our full brand name listed but instead of an "&" we have "|" listed on our product. It was the way we wanted our logo for the full name created. We decided to amend our trademark application and update the logo instead. Our logo is across many of our products and I uploaded a picture showing the logo on the product, our boxes etc and it was rejected again. I checked the amended trademark application and it matches the logo/mark that we submitted. I am not sure what we are doing wrong here. I've tried to reach out to Amazon Support but it's impossible to speak with an agent directly.
