Im news Amazon seller , I have to pass my verification address it s stuck for a second time , the Amazon support advise me to request third postcard mail but I’m scare the it will be not arrive at my virtual adress , however to avoid this problem I subscribe for premium virtual adress premium , it’s unique address with suite number

That is the whole point of the postcard.
To find out if you are using your real address or a made up address.

That won't work, it has to be sent recorded and signed to your business address, if you don't have a trading business address then that is that as they say.

You have to ask the company you pay money for this virtual address. They probably promised that they will receive physic mails and it seems they don't.
WHY do you need a virtual address? Everybody can sell on Amazon from almost each country in this world. To what guru were you listening?

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out to us. The post card verification is required for all sellers, if you are not able to receive it to enter the code, then you won't be able to register to sell with that account.
I do encourage you to use a real address, as the rest of the community members here have recommended already. Using a virtual one can lead to future issues as you will need to to provide a proof of addresses with several other documents matching the one you have on your account. You can learn about the requirements here.
Can you tell me what error you see when you try to change it? If you provide a screenshot here that would be very helpful.
