Package was delivered but scammer buyer claimed not to have received it and filed an A-to-Z claim

as for the order #702-1147212-0689058 the buyer filed an A to Z claim saying the item was never delivered while we have proof of delivery clearly shows they were delivered.

It is extremely frustrating on that buyers can ask for a refund just because amazon allows them to. there are only few couriers that offer a service to get a signature for delivery while amazon support many other couriers such as china post and canada post that we normally use and they have the delivery signature service.

The buyer misused Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee Policy by falsely claiming they did not receive the items, thereby receiving a refund of CAD -CA$355.54, while the item is still in his possession. China Post provided clear evidence of delivery to the customer. We have some more same cases that we received the same claim and they buyers got refunded.

there should be strict rules set in place as it regards to refunds. the current policy only allows for thief's and scammers to do as they are please.
