FBA: Discrepancy noted, AMZ claims MORE units found than we shipped!!
Just wondering if this is a common occurrence...
In reviewing a recent shipment, Amazon claims we shipped more units than we did. We have a standard case pack of 10 units. On a recent shipment, AMZ claims they found 25 units. It would be impossible to fit 25 units in our master carton just based on the dimensions of the box. Is this a common occurrence and what should we do about it?

Greetings,
Just came across your thread, and wanted to say that you should open a reconciliation investigation with Seller Support via the Contents tab of your FBA shipment! This is the process to not only investigate missing units, but also investigate instances where additional units are found. Let me know if you've already done so!
