A-Z claims unfair
For 1 of my orders, the product was delivered to the customer with proof of delivery with a picture within their delivery window. Due to the customer not being home and being off to vacation, the product got stolen from in front of their house, therefore they opened an A-Z claim and were granted the claim and the amount was debited from my account. HOW IS THIS FAIR!!! Amazon needs to be more considerate towards their sellers!! I lost the product and the money. Not to mention the buyer was reported multiple times and no action was taken from Amazon's side.

It sounds like you didn't request a signature confirmation of delivery. If you had, the courier would not have left the package outside if no one was available to receive the delivery.
