Wow just wow again! I am going to repost this message that I sent to another seller and edit it to your dilemma......Amazon does not care about your request for an alternative Solution....... They want a supply chain that goes directly to the BRAND MANUFACTURER and the only way to get this is to get a letter of authorization from that BRAND (not supplier)!
I am a new seller and I spend many hours each day reading forums and watching videos in Amazon University. And these same questions are posted endlessly. As a new seller I will go out on a limb here and give some personal advice to @Seller_6MHLpS1irGPp2 ..... seems to me that you have NOT researched how to sell or what you can sell on Amazon. And after reading your dilemma it's obvious you have not done any research at all. You CANNOT SELL a BRAND on Amazon without a letter FROM THE BRANDS CORPORATE OFFICE making you a legal distributor who can legally sell THE BRAND on Amazon. And you CANNOT get that authorization letter from a SUPPLIER. It must come directly from THE BRANDS CORPORATE OFFICE. A receipt from an online retail purchase you have made on the BRANDS WEBSITE or from a SUPPLIER is not legal authorization for you to then turn around and sell your purchase on Amazon. How do you know that your so called SUPPLIER did not get their product from CHINA or some other counterfeit place? A PayPal log will not help you because it only shows your purchase from someone that is your SUPPLIER. A retail purchase receipt is NOT an invoice. Also just because you can buy directly from the BRAND or SUPPLIER and have a RECEIPT for that purchase, that does NOT give you "legal permission" to sell that BRANDED product. Being UNGATED by AMAZON allows "distributors" with a letter of authorization from THE BRANDS CORPORATE OFFICE" to sell on Amazon retail marketplace. You cannot just pick a BRANDED product to sell on Amazon without being legally authorized by the BRAND with a letter of authorization in hand for that BRAND allowing you to sell on Amazon. Everyone confuses being UNGATED with being legally authorized to sell BRANDED products on Amazon. If you do not have a letter of authorization from THE BRAND NOT THE SUPPLIER then your product will be considered counterfeit by AMAZON. Also if you cannot get a letter of authorization from THE BRAND giving you permission to sell THEIR BRAND then Amazon will deactivate you account, keep all your money and destroy any and all inventory you have in FBA. My suggestion is to find an unbranded product to sell (tons of products from China) or create your own brand to sell. One last thing ....If you try to sell ANY BRANDED product on Amazon without a letter of authorization directly from the BRAND or MANUFACTURER, Amazon will deactivate your selling privileges and you will NEVER and I seriously mean NEVER be allowed to sell anything on Amazon again. And just because you may or may not have been selling whatever it is that you are selling and for however long you will still be deactivated. Amazon is cracking down on sellers without authentic letter of authorization directly from THE BRAND. You might consider this an INFRACTION and even admit to not understanding the policy. Amazon does not care about your excuse or promise and they do not allow second chances. So unless you get that letter directly from THE BRAND you were selling you WILL NOT be able to get your account reinstated. Your money and inventory will be seized. The best thing ONLY OPTION is to try and contact the corporate headquarters for the BRAND you were selling not the supplier and ask to be a legal distributor for their BRAND.
