Nothing helps.

Any suggestions?

I’m having this issue as well, they randomly pulled my ASIN and said that it’s not meeting standards. I’ve been emailing and still no response from them on what I need to do and what is going on. It’s so frustrating

So I can provide guidance on your specific and unique situation I would ask that you please provide more details surrounding the removed ASINs, and the full notification and any cases you may have for them. This will help me in researching the situation further to provide guidance or next steps surrounding the issue. If you need more information on this policy or links to the FDA site to confirm their requirement, please check out our dietary supplements help page in seller central.

You mentioned that you provided pictures from all sides of the product, and changed information. What was changed, why was it changed? Does the product label after changes meet the FDA labeling requirements for these types of products?

As noted in the mentioned concern this surrounds the FDA labeling requirement. Have you confirmed your product label, packaging, and detail page all meet these requirements? Examples of these situations could be mismatch info from product to detail page, inconsistencies or contradictions in the ingredients list. Once I have more information to research, I can provide more guidance and offer support on next steps.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
