Related account suspension reason help

Dear Forum members,

I need your help regarding issue in below. Related account name in the mail from Amazon is same account name my current account I use and suspende now. I din not understand which account is determined related with my account. What kind of appeal you offer and what kind of solution you offer to reactivate my account_

How do I send the required information?

Please click on the View Appeal button on the Account Health page and submit additional information as requested.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?

If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days of the original notification, your account will remain deactivated. Do not attempt to create a new seller account. Creating a new account will delay the reactivation process and may lead to permanent closure of your account.

As you mentioned, we have identified an association to a store matching your information. The question I have here is if you ever created, owned or operated another store under this name, bare in mind that this can include other regions such as Europe for example.

I din not understand which account is determined related with my account. What kind of appeal you offer and what kind of solution you offer to reactivate my account_

Typically, to address a multiple account policy I also suggest reviewing our selling policies and seller code of conduct, this help page offers guidance on our multiple account policy.


Here’s a section from this page:

Multiple selling accounts on Amazon

You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.


This being said and what appears to be an association to one of your own stores due to the name, you will need to sign into each region you’re registered in to verify all of your accounts are in an active state.

Once the associated store is reinstated you can simply appeal on this account acknowledging the reason for the association and the reinstatement of the associated store.

If you are not the owner of this other store, you will be required to provide supporting documentation such as invoice, contracts and termination agreements, bill of sale, or transfer agreements. This is not an exhaustive list and the goal is to show the reason there may be an association to another store.

I would also recommend checking out our seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation.
