Welcome back to the Listings Lounge! We have recently had an increase in contacts regarding the Brazil marketplace being added to sellers accounts, as an option to sell on. Some sellers have expressed that they do not want to sell in Brazil, so I wanted to provide you with information on how to opt out of selling on the North America and Brazil sites.
“How do I opt out of the Canada, Mexico and Brazil marketplace?”
“I don’t want to ship products to Canada, how do I opt out of that marketplace?”
When you join as an Amazon seller, the USA, Mexico, Canada and Brazil marketplaces are all packaged together as a dot com combo. However, you can change those settings at any time. Here’s how:
* Go into Settings.
* Select Account info.
* Find Listing Status.
* Toggle the marketplaces you don’t want to be in and set them to Vacation Mode.
Note, once you put a marketplace in vacation mode, be sure to go back once in a while and remove any prior listings. Also note that even if you decide to put the Canada and Mexico marketplaces in vacation mode, if you are on a Professional Plan, you will still pay the monthly subscription cost as there is no monetary savings. However, if you are not on a Professional plan, there will be no monthly cost incurred.
You can learn more about the North America and Brazil Unified Account feature here.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
See you next time!

Doesn't seem like the link at the bottom to learn more about North America and Brazil Unified Account feature will work anymore. Please update the link so sellers can find out more.

Hi,
I am on a Professional Plan and the monthly subscription cost as there is no monetary savings The cost is about $39.98 per month. (understood).
But according to my bank statement Canada, Mexico is charging me monthly.
**PURCHASE INTL AUTHORIZED ON 04/05 AMAZON MX MARKETPL CIUDAD DE MEX MEX $7.86
**PURCHASE INTL AUTHORIZED ON 04/03 AMZN Mktp CA*1J987 WWW AMAZON.CA CAN $9.56
Note: I only want to pay the Professional Plan fee. How do I eliminate the other fees from Mexico & Canada, I want to get rid of these monthly additional Amazon charges. How?
Thank you.
