Unfair Feedback Removal Denied
I'm unable to get an unfair negative feedback removed. The feedback was purely a review on a product, which meets the criteria of Amazon's policy. An Amazon associate or bot (the responses seem very automated) even acknowledged that the feedback was a product review but did not remove the feedback and closed the case. How do I appeal this? It's my first feedback after many orders and I'm a newer seller. Help please!
