Currently, there are no real-time metrics for a deal while it is running. However, I think this is great feedback for us to take back to the deals team as I know how important this information is during peak shopping times like Prime Day.
Performance reports will be available in your Manage Deals page once the deal has ended. It can take up to two hours for the reports to refresh once a deal ends. You can learn more at the help article below:
Best Deal & Lightning Deal Performance Results
While metric information is not available real-time, I would suggest continuing to monitor your active deals in case of any deal suppressions or other issues.
