Refund amount $0, return cost $3.97

In my returns report it shows a number of customers haven't been returning items after applying for a refund (FBM)

Refund amount is $0

But i appear to still have been charged for labels, column U "label cost" still shows fees where i have been billed for the return which never happened.

Is this normal?

Thanks

Hi @Seller_zc5UFJzWxXxPK,

Tatiana from Amazon here -- I've just come across your post and see that you haven't received any guidance yet.

In situations where you see that you have been charged for the prepaid shipping label, but the item has not yet been returned, that usually means the buyer hasn't utilized the label yet (or they haven't gotten around to shipping the item back yet).

We do allow a grace period for a buyer to complete a return. However, if the item is not returned after 50 days then the return request will automatically close. To my knowledge, the shipping label will no longer be valid and you should no longer see a charge for it.

If this is not the case then I would suggest reaching out to Seller Support for additional help so they can look into the specific return.

You can take a look at the Complete or Close a return request help page for more information.

I also apologize in advance if this question was already answered for you elsewhere. I just wanted to be sure you received an answer here on your post.
