Last I heard it was about 11 years wait due to warehouse space restrictions in Canada.

The Dangerous goods program hit 130% capacity earlier this year and each sellers available volume room was reduced tenfold and there are still huge receiving wait times and transfer times.

You're not missing much, hazmat in Canada at FBA is a horrible experience right now. Last year we were waiting 4 months for a check in for some shipments. I was eventually able to get a reimbursement, but then they checked it in 3 months later and clawed back the whole reimbursement right away at once. It will hurt your cash flow unless you have a huge amount of credit or your products have insane profit margins.

The only way I think you might be able to get in earlier is to seller fulfill a massive amount of dangerous goods over a year or two so Amazon can see how much they're losing on fulfillment fees, and then provide you an invite to the program. That's what happened with us.
