No Lightning & Best Deal for qualified products
Hi all,
We used to run both Lightning Deals and Best Deals for our flagship products. However, a few months ago, we lost the option to schedule the Best Deal. When we reached out to the support team, they mentioned that it's now an automatic process, and if we increase our sales performance, we should qualify for the Best Deal soon.
Unfortunately, we have also lost the option to schedule Lightning Deals, even though our products meet all the criteria. The support team informed us that they cannot assist with this matter, as it is expected to happen automatically once our products become eligible. Despite meeting all the criteria, we are still facing challenges in accessing these deal-scheduling options

I wanted to confirm that the information provided by our Seller Support team was accurate. The offer to participate in deals is based on the criteria linked above and the invitation may not not be provided to all ASINs.
However, you are able to leverage other options such as Prime Exclusive Discounts, Percentage Off Promotions, and coupons for these ASINs.
