Why is it the wrong size and don’t compensate but not remeasured for us?
Recently we encountered a sad thing, one of our products was wrongly charged FBA fee (why is wrong, please see the attached relevant evidence), after we applied for a remeasurement, the result is obviously inconsistent with our normal size. And case id 14253892911 Amazon support misunderstood us and remeasured but we don't need, they used one opportunity of my two opportunities, so now we can't request for remeasuring, the amazon support team let us wait 60 days, but if 60 days’ fba fee was corrected, they also won’t compensate us(case id 14236254361), so why is it the wrong size and don’t compensate but not remeasured for us?
The item's Used item FBA FEE is 2.81, but new item FBA FEE is 3.47,and we searched Amazon for mouse pads with the same height, they are right but ours are wrong, we also sell it on UK, the UK size is right: 26x21.4x1.8 cm(10.24*8.43*0.7in); 0.3kg(0.661 lb)
So could you please help us to remeasure and correct the FBA fee to 2.81$?
