How to Fix Negative Feedback...Should I be Worried?

I've been selling FBM flawlessly for a while, but on my first round of FBA I made a mistake on a listing which meant one negative review with a return. I sold 30 items FBA and only had the one review which was bad and am now getting this message below. What does this mean? Do I need to do something or is this just a warning? What in the world do I even do to help my feedback ratings when nobody ever rates sellers positively?

Its a warning. Make sure you fix whatever issue that one negative review states.

That is the million dollar question. Reviews, in general, are never proper. There is always some kind of bias in each review...such as a customer just having a bad day and taking it out on the seller...or a customer believing the Amazon seller never send a package when, in reality, their packages are being stolen from their front porch....or the customer not knowing how to set something up or incorrectly ordering the wrong size and blaming it on the seller....etc.

I see two negative reviews on your profile by two seperate customers claiming the exact same thing.

We only got 1 and paid for 2. So I put in for a return. Manufacturers said they weren't responsible not surecwhat else to do

Only got 1 of these. Was supposed to have 2 valve cappers

I would assume that sending two units of whatever these people are asking for would help your review situation.

If you continue to send just one unit and having more people leave reviews like this, that message that you see there that says "Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation" turns from nothing...to something. Your Seller Fulfilled offers will become deactivated and you will only be allowed to use FBA from here on out.
