Are you registered for GST (and if you are, have you provided that registration number to amazon) ?

Hello @Seller_8XGTiXAsWcfDN,

To find a report of the taxes Amazon has collected on your behalf, you can access the Tax Withholding report in your Amazon Seller Central account.

Since you are selling in Canada, you likely need the GST/HST Tax Withholding report. To access this:

  1. Go to Reports > Tax Documents in your Seller Central account
  2. Select the date range you want
  3. Under "Tax Withheld By Amazon," click on "Request Report" next to GST/HST Tax

This will generate the GST/HST Tax Withholding report showing the total sales, taxable sales, GST collected, QST collected, and withheld tax for the given date range.

You do need to be registered for GST and have provided your GST registration number to Amazon for this report to be available and for Amazon to collect and remit GST on your behalf. If you have not provided your GST number, you can enter it under Settings > Account Info.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
