Why seller need take the lost for a buyer damaged return
Amazon refund a return. But the returned product is damaged and could not sell again. In how process, only seller is the victim.
We seller need sell out 5 orders out to make up the lost in a damaged return order.
Amazon could not supply any evidence that the product is damaged by buyer. Because of Amazon unfair policy, Amazon pass the buck if the damage is caused by buyer.
What's more, we seller also need pay for the damaged product disposal fee.
Buyer return a damaged product get refund, no lost. Amazon also get FBA shipping fee, no lost.
But only seller lost selling value (refund by Amazon to buyer without check product damage or not) and product value, FBA shipping fee, shipping fee to Amazon stock and pay for disposal fee.
How ridiculous.
