My account has been deactivated for the past three months, and despite booking multiple calls for account reactivation, I have not been able to speak to a representative from Amazon.
This is now the 12th time I have tried to schedule a call, and on each occasion, I have made sure to be available at the designated time, but unfortunately, no one from Amazon has been available to attend my call. This situation has caused a significant disruption to my business, and I am eager to resolve it as soon as possible.
I have tried various means to contact Amazon Seller Support, including emails and chat, but have received no response. This has left me feeling frustrated and helpless.
I am reaching out to the seller community in the hope that someone may have experienced a similar issue or have advice on how to escalate this matter with Amazon.
