Listing removed due to Product Condition Complaint - Defective
Hi,
Received a Product Condition Complaint - Defective Violation. There are multiple option to select in appeal:
1-Customer complaints are about product compatibility not mentioned in product detail page (PDP)
2-Customer complaints are about product functions not mentioned in the product detail page (PDP)
3-Customer complaints are about product usage difficulty although instructions are clearly mentioned in the product detail page (PDP)
4-Customer complaints are about product usage difficulty although instructions are clearly mentioned in the product instructions manual included with the product
Which option to select as complains are related to condition of the product which we have confirm from our supplier there is no issue but customer mistakenly complaining.

Did you receive a claim, feedback, return request that included a mentioned concern of a product being defective or not working as intended? As noted in the options, you are asked if this was due to the PDP or detail page information or if this was related to the product's intended usage.
Although the supplier confirmed there are no issues, this could be a situation where a listing detail conflicts with a product feature. These types of situations could lead your buyer to feel the product may be defective or not working as intended. Can you share the ASIN, or provide a case ID related to your situation so I can look further into this issue?
