Lost partial Shipment in Amazon Warehouse YVR3 and no help from Seller support

Hi Team,

Shipment ID: FBA17PJJY26R

Case ID 14842605461

I shipped a single box containing 45 units to Amazon YVR3 (Delta), all of which were accepted as sellable by Amazon upon arrival. However, subsequent to this, Amazon initiated transfers of units to other warehouses. After nearly a month, it came to my attention that some units from this consignment under Shipment ID: FBA17PJJY26R were missing. Despite my attempts to address the issue through Amazon seller support, my case was repeatedly closed without resolution. Consequently, I conducted my own investigation and identified the specific items that are missing from my shipment.

The missing units are as follows:

FNSKU: X004404G49 - Charcoal Black - 2 units

FNSKU: X0043J4LU5 - Denim Blue - 4 units

FNSKU: X004404FW7 - Neon Green - 4 units

FNSKU: X004404455 - Tangy Orange - 5 units

FNSKU: X0043ZU3DN - Olive Green - 5 units

This totals to 21 missing units.

Despite reopening the case multiple times, I was only met with requests for additional documentation. In response, I provided the commercial customs invoice, but Amazon indicated that the name did not match exactly, insisting on precision down to every letter. I reached out to my supplier, who thankfully provided the necessary documents in the required format. However, even after submitting these documents, Amazon responded with a lengthy email citing various policies and claiming inability to take any action.
