Amazon refusing refund. Items were never scanned.
Amazon is saying the carrier (UPS) never scanned my package for return and is not giving me a refund. All I did was go to UPS and they scanned a QR code and said im all set. What I dont understand is the return box had 3 items in it and I got refunded for 1 item but the other 2 amazon is saying were never scanned. I dont know how as everything was in the same box. Now Amazon is refusing to refund me and I am not sure what else to do. Can anyone help me on how to get my money back for these 2 items. It has been over two weeks and Amazon wont even help me at all.

Thank you for visiting the seller forums. I am sorry about your situation with 3 items returned and only one of the three was refunded to you. Was this an inbound shipment to FBA? If you were returning a retail order, then I suggest you contact Amazon Customer Service.
