Send to Amazon workflow - NOT WORKING
Dear Fellow Sellers, Moderators,
I cannot complete Step 2 - CONFIRM SHIPPING of the SEND TO AMAZON workflow. It gives the error message: "An error has occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later." Refreshing the page doesn't work. I tried 30 minutes later - same thing. Does anyone else experience this issue? Can any moderator help raise the issue to the respective team to solve?

Same. When I go to the page where I have to pick a date for my shipment to be sent to Amazon, my page auto refreshes and goes blank.
I already changed from chrome to firefox and deleted library cache...it didn't fix the issue.

Thank you all for reporting this issue. I did an internal search on this issue and it appears it may be resolved. Can you confirm that you are now able to create shipments?
