I created a new FBM asin, but there's no featured offer and no shopping cart, I asked the seller service, they didn't solve my problem, I've checked all requests about price, delivery and customer service... I have no idea how to get my shopping cart back. please help.@Rose_Amazon

Does this product have any sales history?
Without that, it's rather hard for Amazon to tell a customer 'We think you'll be satisfied with this", which is essentially what the BB is.
Once you have a sale or two, maybe a review*, and few or no returns, then Amazon might give you the BB. But they will never tell you exactly what it going into the decision.
*(whatever you do, do NOT have a friend or family buy a product or leave a review. That could get you shut down completely)

I don't know for sure, since Amazon does not share what goes into awarding the BB, but that seems consistent with what people have reported. Of course, those without an issue aren't going to post in the forums, so maybe there's a chance....
Don't know what you can do other than wait, and perhaps try to promote your product on Social Media (depending on the product, you might find an interested influencer; but of course, they could always report that it's crap, so it's a risk)
