My account is suspended for an invalid charge method. I've had the same charge method for years and it didn't expire. That's the only charge method I use. What's the problem?

When entering your credit card, you want to ensure that the credit card that will accept international charges and has a valid billing address located in an eligible country.
We accept the following credit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
Please note that we do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal. This help page provides additional detail on credit card requirements.
