Shipment Delivered to Wrong Address

Our supplier is managing the shipment of our order to an Amazon warehouse. We created the shipment in Amazon using a non-partnered carrier (Tforce) and provided our supplier with the correct box labels and "ship to" address. Unfortunately, our supplier provided Tforce with an incorrect address, which we discovered by checking the tracking details. We immediately contacted both Tforce and our supplier to request a correction, but the shipment was still delivered to the incorrect address.

I need assistance resolving this issue.
