Is one of two invoices from the same supplier accepted and the other not?

Hello, I am sending the invoice for the product that caused my account to be disabled, but it is not accepted. What I do not understand is that Amazon wants an invoice for my inventory. It asked me to send it within 30 days and said that if you do not send it, all your products will be destroyed. I received such an email. Then I sent the invoice I received from my supplier and my invoice was accepted. The hold on my inventory was removed. The invoice for the product that caused my account to be disabled and the invoice for the products in my inventory are from the same supplier. That invoice was accepted. Why is the invoice for the product I have a problem with not accepted? I keep getting the same answers. I do not understand how this is happening. Please do not write the same answers, please help.
