• Customer filed A-Z for non delivery, then found the item right after and tried to cancel the claim but was told by customer support that it can't be cancelled.
• Amazon sends me A-Z claim, I appeal with proof of delivery
• Amazon disregards my appeal and refunds customer anyway
• I submit the customer communication where the customer clearly confirms receiving of the shipment and apologizes for having the A-Z claim filed by mistake
• Amazon dismisses my reimbursement claim (17877235991) for wrongful A-Z claim decision
