Amazon accepted A-Z claim the 4th day from customer return delivered. Amazon used to passed customer message to us to remind refund in case customer contacts Amazon customer service. This time Amazon just accepted A-Z claim or Leaded customer A-Z claim without notice. As buyer of Amazon I get message as like this " Your return delivered successfully, Please allow 7 business days issue you a refund "

I am confused by your post, and maybe I am not reading it right. Any refund for a returned product is to be made once that product is received in return. Amazon does issue a refund once the carrier has scanned in acceptance for the package on a return to the original sender. Please let me know if you think I have not represented your concern correctly.
